Right is not always knowing everything. Right is not having to have all the answers to life's questions. Right is not always being the guy or girl at the top of the heap.
Right is learning from your mistakes. Right is hearing what the other person is saying and understanding their feelings. Right is pushing somebody else forward and seeing them exceed and knowing you had a small part in it.
Right is being perfectly content in your own skin. Being able to sleep with yourself at night. Right is being able to look yourself in the eye when you look in the mirror. Right is accepting yourself with your flaws and failures and being ok with them.
